Me and my family were trying to enjoy our lunch but unfortunately 2 girls were screaming and fighting the entire time we were there so we were not able to enjoy our food. We actually had to gather our things and leave the restaurant and go home. We were really looking forward to enjoying our meal there. The screaming and fighting and cursing was a little much for my 6 year old

I arrived at this restaurant wanting just a good tasting evening meal. When I arrived I did not realize it was going to be an almost 35 minute adventure. The lobby was next to empty other than maybe 5 or so guests and I stood awaiting for my order to be taken for 15 minutes. Inside of the building was pretty gross. There was stuff all over the floor and flies everywhere. Dave's hot has good chicken but not at this spot. The staff wasn't friendly either

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru to get a 10 piece. Line didn't budge so I dipped out before getting the food and went home to reheat something from the weekend. If I waited any longer I guess I could chew on my shoe. Pretty weak man.

I placed a mobile order at 7:45pm and waited in the drive through line for 45 minutes to get to the speaker box (mind you there were about 7 cars ahead of me and three ended up simply driving off after waiting for 30 minutes) to say that I'm here for my mobile order just for them to refuse to give it to me at the drive through and to come inside so I came in. The service was fine but it wasn't busy at the time I went so I cant speak to their service during a rush. I don't think this is a restaurant i would have a desire to go to again it's just disappointing. The "toast" isn't toasted, the chicken was bland, the mac and cheese was bland, they only offer honey, ketchup and Dave's sauce and it's on the pricier side. Waited in the drive thru just to order 2 sliders and it took an hour. I'm not even exaggerating, I called my friend once I got in the drive thru and we were on the phone for 1 hour and 2 minutes. On top of that, it doesn't taste that good, definitely has an after taste. Took about 35 minutes just to be able to order my food, and the rest spent waiting to pay and receive food. This review is base solely on my drive thru experience and the quality and taste of the food. Drive thru, you will be better off walking in, the operations efficiency of the drive-thru was horrible. Fast food is no longer fast, especially when you spend 20 minutes at a drive-thru window! I received my soft drink which was mostly gone before receiving my food.
