They need to figure out how to get that line moving. I don't have a big problem with long lines - Chick Fil A always has one, but it never deters me because they keep it moving. I know I'm not going to be trapped there. Today, after giving them a few weeks to work out the kinks like any restaurant, I decided to try them on a work from home day. Me and my boyfriend placed an order online at around 6:10 the pickup order time was 6:36 we didn't end up getting our food until 6:50 while we waited we noticed multiple employees had attitude problems, a man asked about his order and didn't word it "correctly" and two of the employees laughed in his face told him to look at the screen and walked off laughing, another employee who was in the back was staring me down meanly when she was supposed to be working the window. The food itself was okay, other than, that it was cold ... read more
