The service was fine but it wasn't busy at the time I went so I cant speak to their service during a rush. I don't think this is a restaurant i would have a desire to go to again it's just disappointing. The "toast" isn't toasted, the chicken was bland, the mac and cheese was bland, they only offer honey, ketchup and Dave's sauce and it's on the pricier side. Waited in the drive thru just to order 2 sliders and it took an hour. I'm not even exaggerating, I called my friend once I got in the drive thru and we were on the phone for 1 hour and 2 minutes. On top of that, it doesn't taste that good, definitely has an after taste. Took about 35 minutes just to be able to order my food, and the rest spent waiting to pay and receive food. This review is base solely on my drive thru experience and the quality and taste of the food. Drive thru, you will be better off walking in, the operations efficiency of the drive-thru was horrible. Fast food is no longer fast, especially when you spend 20 minutes at a drive-thru window! I received my soft drink which was mostly gone before receiving my food. It was terribleeeee. The food was delicious. The service was sooo long. Took 40 minutes to get it. Only 3 people working. The restaurant is small and only has 5 tables: It looks alright but that doesn't mean it's great. The cleanliness was terrible. Would not recommend.
