My partner has been waiting on this since the start of the summer. Today we made it! For the day after grand opening, we waited about 20-30 minutes before being served. Pretty good! The food itself was fine. It didn't blow my mind nor disappoint. The hot apparently isn't that hot. If you're looking for a burn, go higher on the scale.

Okay, first time at a new place for the soft open. So here's the good, bad and the ugly. Good - Plenty of friendly employees who are genuinely trying to provide a great first impression. If you don't feel like reading all of this: food okay, not worth the wait of 30+ minutes when nobody is in the restaurant. Tried this place for the first time and food wasn't bad for price. I felt like food portions matched the price of the food. The wait however was HORRIBLE. There were max 4 people ahead of us that we could see waiting on food. Everything was wrong waited for an hour just for our food was not even given a heads up on the time wait watched mobile orders go continuously out while the store was full of customers also sitting and waiting ridiculous to make your store in customers sit and wait for that long

Very, very slow service. This is not a place to go on a lunch break. Waited over 30 minutes and still not food. The food is great.

The food was horrible... I have been to many chicken places in my life and this may be one of the worst tasting fried chicken joints I have ever been too. To say that is quite sad and embarrassing because many people over hype and play into this Dave's hot chicken narrative. Thanks.

I ordered food at 2:07 on my lunch break, I didn't get my food until 3:00 only after I had to make a fuss about it. Then after all that, when i finally get my food, its burnt and cold. 0 out of 10 would not recommend.
