The service wasn't bad, but I waited over an hour for a #3, only to find out they forgot about it and the food was on the colder side.

Have been waiting to go here ever since I saw one was opening in the area and when I finally got the chance it was not a good experience. The service was awful and rude when I was treating the lady with nothing but respect. The place was not overly crowded and even as it thinned our food had still not arrived and our shake was very poorly made. To top it all off the cashier took an extra gratuity that was over double the tip I had already given her despite her attitude when online it says that gratuity is not required. I was... read more

We came today, customer service was great.. very friendly staff.. but unfortunately upon ordering we learn they have no ice.. she couldn't guarantee a cold drink but we could get a fountain one if we wanted or pay extra for a cold water. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Great customer service and atmosphere but the 2 sliders (the #3) is another story it was something so visually disgusting and greasy. Fries and burgers were mediocre it's over hyped over priced! Might as well go to Eugene's hot chicken.
Let me first say the artwork and versatility in the restaurant is eye catching. The staff was very nice and patient, but the food...... left me speechless and not in a good way. The chicken tenders were fried way too hard. They were inedible, and whatever mild dry rub they sprinkle on the tenders had a funky after taste. The Mac and cheese lacked flavor and my daughter ordered a blue slushy (I forgot the flavor) and she ended up throwing it in the trash before we left.
