Don't go here if your not willing to wait 40 minutes for your food. The inside is really cool do is the food but the wait is just something you cant forget about.

Editing to add that the food we received was delicious. Hope they get the kinks worked out. 4:30 on a Sunday afternoon, Reviewing based on speed, unfortunately still sitting here waiting after 30 minutes for an order of tenders and bites and not expecting my food anytime soon based on the people crowded around the pick up area. I've heard the food is good, but don't visit if you want to eat within an hour

Service is terrible. I came in and gave my name, they said the food wasn't ready yet. I sat right in the front and waited 40 minutes staring at the same food not being picked up and then went back up after seeing multiple people pick up orders with those 2 bags never moving. Then the same woman i asked the first time grabs the same food that was there and hands it to me. $70 order of soggy food now. Worst experience ive had in all of Birmingham.

The service at this location was unbelievably slow. It took 45 minutes plus to get my food, which is pretty unacceptable for what's essentially fast food. The restaurant wasn't even packed enough to justify that kind of wait. There was very little communication from the staff about the delay, and customers were just standing around waiting with no updates. When the food finally came out it was good, but honestly the experience of waiting that long took away from it.

For a simple menu, they take WAAAAAY too long to make the orders. Haven't even tried the chicken yet, and I know we won't be back. I could go to a sit down, full-service restaurant and get food quicker

I ordered a meal with a medium spicy level yet when I got my food all of them were no spicy. When I tried calling the store they did not pick up the phone to explain the confusion. I called multiple times and each time they hung up the phone. I have gone to this location multiple times and the wait is always very long. Overall did not have a good experience yet again.

Sat here and waited for my food for 26 minutes. I just cannot believe it takes that long to cook chicken. Maybe I'm wrong but it made me very upset.

I personally didn't like it but I've never had Dave's Chicken. We got the Medium and Hot now if the chicken suppose to taste like Chili Powder then they hit the mark. The chicken was fresh but all we tasted was hot chili powder. It was so disappointing considering this was my first time trying it. The fries was the best part of the meal sadly. There's no other flavor in the chicken. We spent 60 plus dollars and it wasn't worth it.

Food was absolutely terrible!! No flavor and everything was way to sweet go to hatti b's Instead!! Save your money..we ended up throwing $48 worth if food away
