I've been seeing Dave's all over tiktok and I was so happy when I found out that one was opening in Birmingham. Once I saw how packed the place was on a Wednesday night, I knew it would be gas. I ordered a hot slider and hot tender with fries. The other reviews I saw were complaining about the spice being lackluster. Maybe I'm just a wuss but I think that the chicken was pretty spicy. My partner has been waiting on this since the start of the summer. Today we made it! For the day after grand opening, we waited about 20-30 minutes before being served. Pretty good! The food itself was fine. It didn't blow my mind nor disappoint. The hot apparently isn't that hot. If you're looking for a burn, go higher on the scale.

I ordered a meal with a medium spicy level yet when I got my food all of them were no spicy. When I tried calling the store they did not pick up the phone to explain the confusion. I called multiple times and each time they hung up the phone. I have gone to this location multiple times and the wait is always very long. Overall did not have a good experience yet again.

Sat here and waited for my food for 26 minutes. I just cannot believe it takes that long to cook chicken. Maybe I'm wrong but it made me very upset.

I personally didn't like it but I've never had Dave's Chicken. We got the Medium and Hot now if the chicken suppose to taste like Chili Powder then they hit the mark. The chicken was fresh but all we tasted was hot chili powder. It was so disappointing considering this was my first time trying it. The fries was the best part of the meal sadly. There's no other flavor in the chicken. We spent 60 plus dollars and it wasn't worth it.

Food was absolutely terrible!! No flavor and everything was way to sweet go to hatti b's Instead!! Save your money..we ended up throwing $48 worth if food away
