Chicken was good and spicy. Hot was hot. Service was good and fast. The decor was interesting.
I just went into Dave's hot chicken on 180th St. 10 out of 10 experience. The service was really good. I was assisted by this nice young lady named Hope. She took care of all my needs and was super kind. I am a very shy person so when I saw the drive-through was closed I got nervous but when Hope greeted me with a smile, all my anxiety melted away. I will definitely be back soon.
Ordered online with the app. Arrived at the store a few minutes early. They were bagging up the order as I approached the counter. Took it home. Order was correct, hot and delicious. 1 loaded fries, one sandwich and 2 slider tender meals.
Not cheap if you add up all the extras here and there. Took the kids to Dave's as a treat. I had a slider, spice level hot. I wasn't going to a restaurant named "hot" without trying something hot. Daves Hot Chicken is awesome! Always perfectly cooked. Order ahead is a great feature.
We finally tried the new location on 180th and Center. The service was very pleasant going through the drive through. Asking if it was my first time, which it was, he explained everything to me. We got the slider, strip and fries combo. Very mild spice level but next time we will go up a notch. Juicy chicken, great bun on the slider with lots of pickles. We both liked the seasoning on the crispy fries as well. We will be back!
I was pleasantly surprised how great the chicken sandwich was. I was going to get the mild because I was nervous, but the friendly young kid behind the register asked me if I liked spice and I do, so he suggested medium. I am so happy I did because it was awesome. I'm not usually a fan of cole slaw but it was perfect on the sandwich. I cannot wait to go back. Perfectly crunchy, amazingly flavored chicken sandwich!
Great food! Great service! The #2 is outstanding. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves chicken!
