Our first visit to a Dave's. Super super noisy! Won't return for that reason alone! Service was really slow - 20+ minute wait. Unimpressed with the food. We much prefer Caine's, Popeye's or Chick Fil A. And pricey! Seriously disappointed. Won't be back.

Placed my order in drive thru took 10-15 minutes to even get to the window. Super slow not sure they know what they are even doing.

I ordered via web site for my order for myself and my wife for a future pickup. I arrived a little early and there were numerous employees wondering around. I finally asked one if they could help me with my order and she checked and said they'd prepare it. I waited for some time and went up to the pick up area and they handed me what I thought was my order. I should have checked, but it was the wrong order which I didn't discover until I got home. LOVE spicy food, Popeye's, Great Wall in Elkhorn, KFC, Godfather's Pizza, etc. and anxious for Dave's Hot Fried Chicken for lunch today. I had one piece of spiciest chicken on the menu. The chicken was excellent quality and the spices were part of the batter/crispy breading. It looked so good and I always go for the spiciest available on the menu. An unacceptable 33 minute wait for a dine in order today at lunch as the drive thru obviously took priority. Many frustrated people also waiting for their orders as well. Fries were meh and room temp. Portions seemed small for the price and from what I remember at another Dave's in Cali. Lots of employees working but their heads were spinning. Chicken sandwich was great, I would go back for that and that alone.

I had high hopes going in but everything was underwhelming. I tried the Mac n cheese and it taste like Cajun seasoned kraft so I know my kid wouldn't like it and there's better options with Panera and even chik-fil-a close by. The chicken was ok not great, I could go to raising canes and be just as satisfied plus get the better "canes" sauce. Not quality food whatsoever definitely go to McDonald's or canes instead if you want chicken

Food was very tasty but the portion sizes were tiny for the $$ ... will not be back if a $5 chicken tender is so small.
