Had lunch at this location today. I have been to the original location once before, it was very good. However, today we waited 10 minutes for food, which is fine, but why did my fries come out cold? The chicken literally didn't taste like anything. I don't even know if they put sauce on the sandwich, but all I could taste was the bread. Honestly, I probably won't be back.
I tried Dave's for the first time. I was the third car in line and it took 20 minutes. The sandwich was OK and the fries weren't hot. Doubt I'll go back.
Friday Night 9:00 Drive-thru: there were only 2 cars in front of us and we literally sat for 25 minutes waiting to get to the window for our food.
Emplyees are rude and disrespectful and kept laughing in my face. Nobody attended to me for an excessive amount of time even though they were fully staffed. Food is phenominal though.
A 43 minute wait!!!!' Please even kids could do better. The food was ok but not worth the wait.
Our first visit to a Dave's. Super super noisy! Won't return for that reason alone! Service was really slow - 20+ minute wait. Unimpressed with the food. We much prefer Caine's, Popeye's or Chick Fil A. And pricey! Seriously disappointed. Won't be back.
Placed my order in drive thru took 10-15 minutes to even get to the window. Super slow not sure they know what they are even doing.
I ordered via web site for my order for myself and my wife for a future pickup. I arrived a little early and there were numerous employees wondering around. I finally asked one if they could help me with my order and she checked and said they'd prepare it. I waited for some time and went up to the pick up area and they handed me what I thought was my order. I should have checked, but it was the wrong order which I didn't discover until I got home. LOVE spicy food, Popeye's, Great Wall in Elkhorn, KFC, Godfather's Pizza, etc. and anxious for Dave's Hot Fried Chicken for lunch today. I had one piece of spiciest chicken on the menu. The chicken was excellent quality and the spices were part of the batter/crispy breading. It looked so good and I always go for the spiciest available on the menu.
