Asked for extra pickles and sauce while ordering and up at the window and didn't receive either, how hard is it to toss a packet of sauce in a bag when im paying $17 for my meal

Ugh. I was really hoping that Dave's Hot Chicken would become our new go to. Today's experience was everything but that! We paid $32 for (2) of the 2-piece chicken tender meals with fries and a drink. When we got our meals the chicken was very dry and the fries were cold. We voiced our concerns with the counter person and he offered to bring us a new batch of fries only. We accepted the offer. slowest and most unapologetic fast food experience I've ever had. took 1 hour to get fast food with only three people in front of me. could not leave due to drive thru configuration. no apologies, no acknowledgment of how shit their experience was. just what do you want, pay me , and sit and wait till I get it. Waiting for over 30 minuetes, we're the only ones in the restaurante. There is more then 4 staff just standing in the back not doing anything . The food was good once it came. The restaurante it self was dirty, and none of the tables we're cleaned.

Food is good, but the wait is 100% unreasonable. it is at least a 30 minute wait EVERY TIME, even with 1 or 2 cars in the drive thru. Not worth the time.

Had lunch at this location today. I have been to the original location once before, it was very good. However, today we waited 10 minutes for food, which is fine, but why did my fries come out cold? The chicken literally didn't taste like anything. I don't even know if they put sauce on the sandwich, but all I could taste was the bread. Honestly, I probably won't be back.

I tried Dave's for the first time. I was the third car in line and it took 20 minutes. The sandwich was OK and the fries weren't hot. Doubt I'll go back.

Friday Night 9:00 Drive-thru: there were only 2 cars in front of us and we literally sat for 25 minutes waiting to get to the window for our food.

Emplyees are rude and disrespectful and kept laughing in my face. Nobody attended to me for an excessive amount of time even though they were fully staffed. Food is phenominal though.
