Working with David at George Mason was a great experience. He was able to process my refinance paperwork efficiently, provide detailed information on the process (in plain English) and keep me posted on market trends. All of this remotely, while I am living in North Carolina and my property is in Northern Virginia. The closing process was very accommodating to my travel schedule and went very smooth. David was straight forward, efficient and organized. I was never asked to submit the same document twice, which has happened to me in the past. He told what was going to happen and how, and didn't miss a beat. With my busy schedule I appreciated his work ethic and reliability.
