Dave really knows his stuff. I found that working with Dave was easy, straightforward and helpful. Going into it, I knew very little about the process but Dave was able to guide me through every step patiently and with expert level knowledge. He saved me time and money and I'd recommend him to anyone who needed a mortgage.

David Faber is a hard-working, extremely knowledgeable, and honest individual who helped me through a process that can be taxing. His expertise makes him very well informed in all aspects of the loan process. He is so personable and amazing to work with! David Faber was a pleasure to work with and made my refinancing procress as smooth as possible. He was extremely responsive to my inquiries and whenever an issue arose he took care of the issue as quickly as possible. I was very impressed with his knowledge of various options for my situation and he was able to get me the best deal I could find anywhere. I would highly recommend David and plan on contacting him for all my future real estate/mortgage needs.

I can’t tell you how happy me and my wife are with Dave Faber and his team at George Mason Mortgage in Arlington, VA. What can I say? We got a great deal, the process was very smooth & this made for an anxiety free experience. It is nice to know that you can pick up the phone and reach Mr. Faber anytime we needed him. We were not stuck talking to his secretary and better yet we did not have to call an 800 number only to wait 15 minutes to talk to a live person. Mr. Faber was instrumental in helping me find the best program and rate for my loan. He was even helpful in helping me think through the process of what type of property to buy and my future ROI on type of home (condo vs. townhouse). He was over the top responsive to all of my ten thousand and even called me back when he was on vacation! I've referred multiple co-workers and friends to him and his office, all of which have found him just as helpful and dynamic as I did. Dave made the home buying process easier than it is to buy a car. He was very knowledgeable about the end-to-end home buying process and assisted us every step of the way. He was always available to answer questions about our loan or give us his input about a property or neighborhood. Dave took time to listen to our needs as a family. I checked with my own banks and they all gave me a higher interest rate. Dave earned my trust and sure glad i chose him. He gave me plenty of choices but never did he insist which one is right for me, as he knows I am the only one to determine that. Good job, Dave!
