From the day we signed the contract, Dave was there with us throughout the entire process. He answered all our questions thoroughly and in a quick manner. He took care of any issue that arise like obtaining a canceled check from Long and Foster for the cancelled contract on our previous home that the underwriter required. Dave and his assistant, Brittany were very professional and exceeded our expectations. We signed the contract on July 20 and settled on August 21.

David is knowledgeable, conscientious, and thoughtful. I always felt he had our best interest in mind and gave us multiple mortgage options for in order to find the one that best fit our needs. He was also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him.

I know there are a lot of reviews on here with maximum ratings, but I honestly wasn't given anything to be so positive about Mr. Faber. I went from thinking obtaining financing with fair terms and conditions would be impossible to becoming a true believer in a few weeks time.
