David Faber did a fantastic job with our refinance. We weren't sure which mortgage product was best for us, but David listened to what we wanted out of our refi and guided us toward a product that best suited our needs. No doubt buying a house is a crazy stressful thing to do, however I would highly recommend Dave to anyone. During my experience with Dave he prepared me for anything and everything eliminating virtually all stress. He puts himself in the buyers shoes and walks you thru the process explaining each step along the way. A true master of his trade.
