I know there are a lot of reviews on here with maximum ratings, but I honestly wasn't given anything to be so positive about Mr. Faber. I went from thinking obtaining financing with fair terms and conditions would be impossible to becoming a true believer in a few weeks time. David Faber did a fantastic job with our refinance. We weren't sure which mortgage product was best for us, but David listened to what we wanted out of our refi and guided us toward a product that best suited our needs. We were amazed at how fast and easy the whole process was. David always responded very quickly, no matter what time I emailed him. No doubt buying a house is a crazy stressful thing to do, however I would highly recommend Dave to anyone. During my experience with Dave he prepared me for anything and everything eliminating virtually all stress. He puts himself in the buyers shoes and walks you thru the process explaining each step along the way. A true master of his trade.

My wife and I had found the house that we wanted, but because of the complexity of the loan, we were looking for as many different options as we could find. David was referred to me by one of my friends and was very knowledgeable and able to help us get financing for our home at a very reasonable price. Dave really knows his stuff. I found that working with Dave was easy, straightforward and helpful. Going into it, I knew very little about the process but Dave was able to guide me through every step patiently and with expert level knowledge. He saved me time and money and I'd recommend him to anyone who needed a mortgage.

David Faber is a hard-working, extremely knowledgeable, and honest individual who helped me through a process that can be taxing. His expertise makes him very well informed in all aspects of the loan process. He is so personable and amazing to work with! David Faber was a pleasure to work with and made my refinancing procress as smooth as possible. He was extremely responsive to my inquiries and whenever an issue arose he took care of the issue as quickly as possible. I was very impressed with his knowledge of various options for my situation and he was able to get me the best deal I could find anywhere. I would highly recommend David and plan on contacting him for all my future real estate/mortgage needs.
