Dave was very helpful in explaining all my mortgage options and which he thought was best for me. He listened and understood what I was looking for and never once did I feel like he was trying to sell me something. I always felt he had my best interest in mind. Dave was responsive, organized, and very fast with getting everything ready for closing.

David has been instrumental in helping us with closing of our loan. Boy it was tough to close on December 28th due to the holiday season but David assured us from day1 that he will close on time and he did it. No hiccups no gotchas simple straight business dealing. Dave and his team expertly handled my refinance every step of the way. He discussed the various financial options to help me make the best choice. Dave was unfailingly responsive; he answered all my emails promptly whether it was late in the evening or over the weekend. The closing went smoothly. I hope I don't have to do another refi anytime soon, but if I do, I'll call Dave!

Mr David Faber at George Mason Mortgage proved to me that he is really knowledgeable and helpful in terms of mortgage financing. I was denied by four(4) mortgage companies but when I contacted him, three weeks I had my loan. He made impossible thing, posible.Aside he is very courteous and very serious with his work.

Hello,I just wanted to write that my experience with Dave was phenomenal. I have a lot of friends/contacts in the mortgage and real estate industry but Dave was recommended by our builder so I decided to go with him. Best choice that I have ever made.
