Even though I was not purchasing refinancing it is still a process. Dave was always in touch with me to tell me what was going on and keeping me updated through out the entire process. It had been such a long time since I personally had done this. Throughout the entire home buying process, David helped so much with not only the lending process, but with understanding key information for first-time home buyers, such as key stakeholders and real estate vocabulary. Dave and his team were awesome! My wife and I originally made an application with him about 18 months ago.
