We needed a ton of hand holding, and Dave was on the phone with us day or night and always took as much time as necessary to make sure we were completely comfortable and informed. I think we talked to him for a solid hour in our first phone call before we'd even submitted an application. I cannot give David Faber enough praise for everything he did for us during the home buying process. GMM was our first and last stop on our journey of purchasing our first home and thanks to the amazing rate they offered us, we were able to skip the starter home and go straight to our forever home. Communication was always quick, concise, and professional and David or Brittany would even respond after hours and weekends if we had any urgent requests. Will definitely recommend to all of our friends going forward!

I’m glad my real estate agent recommended Dave to me. I was going to have another company get my VA loan, but they said that they might not have it ready in 30 days which I needed. They also would not give me a break down of closing costs. Dave got the process going very quickly. He matched the other companies rate and turned the loan around in two weeks. Even though I was not purchasing refinancing it is still a process. Dave was always in touch with me to tell me what was going on and keeping me updated through out the entire process.
