This was my first time buying a home but I had heard all of the stories about how something always goes wrong. Well something did go wrong one day before settlement, not on the my lenders part, but with a grant I was getting. Although I could have closed without it, the grant would have been a big help financially. Dave and his staff worked over the next 24 hours to make sure I got it and was able to close. David really worked with me throughout all aspects of the process in order to complete the refinance. I currently live offshore and he was extremely flexible and kept in constant contact with me during the whole process. He is very up front with you on potential issues and works hard to resolve items in a timely manner to keep the ball moving. We worked with David to finance the purchase of our first home. David and his team were amazing to work with through the entire process. We spoke with about 5-6 lenders through prior to pre-approval and while under contract, and David was by far the most responsive and helpful. Dave spent time walking us through a few options for structuring our mortgage, explaining the pros and cons. We felt comfortable with the path we selected and appreciated the coaching and support. He was very responsive and would create new loan estimate sheets quickly as we discovered new properties that we liked. He also pointed us to external resources, like information provided by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Dave Faber was fantastic from start to finish with our loan process. He was extremely communicative/responsive, congenial and in end, got us a terrific rate. He even beat out the lender (big bank) that we have had 3 mortgages with - his deal was the best. Dave also worked with us closely in order to secure a 21 day closing. I highly recommend Dave for your lending needs.

Working with David was a pleasure! I honestly don't understand how he was so timely in working with us and our agent at all times of the day, but he always got back to us within minutes. We appreciated his help and experience throughout our home-buying process and believe he helped close the deal on getting us into competitive neighborhood.
