Dave Faber was fantastic from start to finish with our loan process. He was extremely communicative/responsive, congenial and in end, got us a terrific rate. He even beat out the lender (big bank) that we have had 3 mortgages with - his deal was the best. Dave also worked with us closely in order to secure a 21 day closing. I highly recommend Dave for your lending needs.

Working with David was a pleasure! I honestly don't understand how he was so timely in working with us and our agent at all times of the day, but he always got back to us within minutes. We appreciated his help and experience throughout our home-buying process and believe he helped close the deal on getting us into competitive neighborhood. I only have great things to say about David and hope we get to work with him again.

Being a small business owner I naturally dreaded the mortgage process knowing the amount of paperwork and documents I need to provide. David went above and beyond helping me organize, track down documents, talk to the right people at the IRS to get things done in a timely manner. Many of the documents I needed I didn't know where or how to get but with David's guidence and knowledge we were able to get them. Highly recommend David.

I had a very difficult loan to process due to some extenuating circumstances. David knew what I needed at every step of the process and was available to talk and walk me through each and every part. He was even able to anticipate some unforeseen circumstances which allowed me to close on-time when everyone else did not think it was possible. If you're buying a home you definitely want him in your corner.

We had a great experience with Dave and George Mason mortgage. Their reputation speaks for themselves and was one of the reasons we got the house we wanted! As a first time buyer who is self employed the process can be overwhelming to say the least. David walked me through every step and was available whenever I had a question. David and his team were incredible. As first time home buyers, we were a little confused about what to do and how to go about getting the best rates - David found a little-known program perfect for us that got us a very enviable rate for our loan.
