Mr. Faber and team were extremely helpful and thorough with explaining and walking us through the process. My husband and I were very comfortable, additionally Mr. Faber was available day or night or weekends to answer any questions we had.

I sincerely and whole-heartedly recommend David as your mortgage lender, regardless of where you are in the process. As a first-time homebuyer, David was especially great with me. Dave and his team helped me buy my first condo this fall and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Dave made what can be an intimidating process very easy and was very responsive to all questions. Dave worked hard to lock in a great rate and was great at explaining the closing process. From the first phone call I knew I was working with the right lender!!!

Our loan officer David Faber with GMM was very personable and informative as he worked our loan. The process was stressful at times but David was able to navigate us through the issues and ensured us that he would be able to resolve any questions that might arise.
