As a first time buyer who is self employed the process can be overwhelming to say the least. David walked me through every step and was available whenever I had a question. David and his team were incredible. As first time home buyers, we were a little confused about what to do and how to go about getting the best rates - David found a little-known program perfect for us that got us a very enviable rate for our loan. Paper work was smooth and anytime we had a question, he was just a call away. I would absolutely recommend working with him, as we surely will when we buy our next home.

Mr. Faber and team were extremely helpful and thorough with explaining and walking us through the process. My husband and I were very comfortable, additionally Mr. Faber was available day or night or weekends to answer any questions we had.

I sincerely and whole-heartedly recommend David as your mortgage lender, regardless of where you are in the process. As a first-time homebuyer, David was especially great with me. Dave and his team helped me buy my first condo this fall and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Dave made what can be an intimidating process very easy and was very responsive to all questions. Dave worked hard to lock in a great rate and was great at explaining the closing process. From the first phone call I knew I was working with the right lender!!!
