David was able to walk me through the process as a first time home buyer. He and his team were very responsive and were able to quickly get everything we needed set up. He even introduced us to a title company in the area so we could get our settlement signed from out of state.
David was a true pleasure to work with for my first time home purchase in VA. He was available to answer all of my questions every step of the way. David is professional, knowledgeable, and especially communicative. I highly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a home in the northern VA area.
Dave helped educate me on construction loan options, guided me through the detailed loan application/closing process, and helped to make sure we got all items covered and issues addressed in a timely manner to ensure we closed on schedule.
