Dave made this process very smooth on a short closure. He comminuted well throughout the process. He explained the terms and conditions well. He continued to ensure the process was complete even after we closed.
David was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and speedy with his work. He anticipated our needs and went out of his way to ensure all of our concerns were addressed.
