Dave is a stand up guy you can trust. He always is very prompt in responding to emails and phone calls if he does not anwser immediately. He is very knowledgable and professional. He worked with my time constraints and got everything done in time! Would highly recommend his services.

David is a nice person, but sometimes, lacks complete knowledge of the products; and he suffers from indecision when something does not go as planned. In a situation when his promises go awry, he hides from the customer. He often does not answer the phone calls or reply to emails. His delayed or “not rather prompt” service cost me thousands of dollars. We finally got the loan through a different lender as we found them more efficient, but had David acted soon enough and rejected our loan, I could have saved thousands of doll... read more
