Mr. Flashner very competently and efficiently arranged for the refinancing of two apartment buildings I own. After having had my previous loan fall through, Dave had everything in advance of close for the underwriters it made it a breeze. I would use him again for all of my financing needs.

We could not have asked for a more helpful and knowledgeable loan officer to help us purchase our home! This was our first home purchase, and we were very uneducated about the whole process. Dave helped me get my loan for my home and was always the calming voice during the entire process. He really helped me feel like he had everything under control and as far as I can tell, looking back he really did. Even when I made the bone head mistake of thinking once the loan interest rate was locked down, and opening up not one but TWO lines of credit.
