I just started working with Dave yesterday and I am very pleased so far! Turnaround was almost instant and he was thorough, pleasant and patient. Searching for a new home can be very stressful but he definitely took some of the weight off.
Dave is a key player in my real estate business. He guides my clients through the mortgage process so they are always well informed with little to no stress. He gets them to the closing table and they fully understand every step of the way!
Had a closing in which the buyer could not get a mortgage and could not find to finance the deal. Dave stepped in and made it work. The process was not easy and Dave did everything to make the deal go through.

Dave has been very helpful in obtaining financing for my clients. He has closed all the loans I have referred to him. I would highly recommend him any and everyone. He is very pleasant and works very hard to get the job done.
Mr. Flashner was instrumental in closing my loan with little time. When I reached out to him, I had less than 30 days to close. I found him after working with another lender. He was very responsive to all of my needs and often called me after hours to make sure I was gathering all of the information he needed. I would not hesitate to use him again.
Dave Flashner is a very personable, helpful, responsive and knowledgeable young man. He had terrific follow through during the time that he worked with my husband and I.
