Very helpful for a first time home owner. Made sure I understood everything, to include me using my VA loan. Answered all my question and got back to me in a timely matter. If i was missing paper work, Dave made sure i got it to him. He even answered questions after hours when i had some.Very pleasent to work with.

Dave provided excellent cost saving services and took the time to explain all the details of the home loan approval process. I asked Dave a ton of questions about my loan and he was able to clearly explain what each line item meant. Extremely professional and he will get you the best deal possible. I would highly recommend Dave to use with your next house purchase.

Dave helped me with my mortgage on my first home in 2013. He is easy to get a hold of, responds promptly, and was even early to the closing. I really knew nothing about purchasing a home, but e made the mortgage process a complete breeze. He is great to work with and very knowledgeable.

I talked with several mortgage brokers/companies before talking with Dave. The other companies lumped together charges and didn't properly explain their processes. It made me think they were trying to take advantage of me and my lack of knowledge in the mortgage indusrty. Dave went through every charge/cost and the step by step process. He spent a large amount of time explaining everything in detail so I was comfortable with the transaction. It made my overall home buying experience enjoyable and easy.

We were introduced to Dave through our agent. We are so glad that we met him.As first time home buyers we had very minimal knowledge. But Dave was very helpful throughout the process. He explained all our questions very patiently and also told us many things that we never knew. He was able to get us a good % on the loan. I highly recommend Mr.David.
