David Flashner exceeded my expectations. Not only was I kept informed every step throughout the process, but he went above that by being proactive and thereby avoiding delays in the transaction. David is amongst the best in the business. Even if you can't end up getting a loan with him at that time, he will give you the advice and tools you need to get you to where you want to go in regards to buying a home.

Dave was very helpful during this stressful process. He had incredible and fast response time, maintained organization, and did everything in his power to make sure the process was as stress free as possible. He was super easy to get in contact with and the team he worked with was just as great. If you are looking for a loan officer, you would be nuts not to hire him!

I have known Dave for a few years and in the process I had the privilege of using him to buy my house. He would always go out of his way to help me or answer all my first time home buyer questions. This was my first time refinancing my mortgage. I had a primary mortgage and HELOC that I wanted to roll into one mortgage. Dave took the time to lay out all the steps that would occur during the process and was accessible 7 days a week, day and night to answer my questions. Dave is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He had constant communication with me during the process and the overall experience was stress free. I highly recommend Dave for any of your mortgage financing needs.

It was my first experience, being a home owner and Dave Flashner made my experience positive.. There were times, I started to get frustrated with the process, but Dave kept me calm and educated me about the housing process... Dave is great!!

Dave was great to work with! He was very responsive, night or day including weekends! He worked with us to find the best rate that fit out needs. We were purchasing a short sale home which can be a long, difficult process and Dave was there every step of the way. He even came to our closing to make sure everything was exactly as it was supposed to be. We've bought and sold 5 homes now and that's the first time we've had our lender come to the closing!

Dave was wonderful to work with.. He helped our family get us in our first home. We had some crazy issues come up with our purchase .. Dave answered our calls and emails and explained everything that we needed to get the closing done.. Stayed in touch and was on top of things.. Over all great to work with..
