David helped us refinance our home. We had made two attempts with other brokers, which were unsuccessful. After talking with us twice, David met with the bank to explain the details of our unusual property. The refinance went through in a timely manner, and David explained all the details to us honestly and clearly. He seemed to genuinely care about our situation. We would highly recommend him to our friends.

David was referred to me by a realtor I worked with at one time. At first, the team was responsive, they produced the pre-approval letter very quickly; then things went to a different direction, unfortunately; for some reason, they stopped all the communication without specifying any reason when I was about to submit an offer.
