Our realtor had recommended we contact Dave at Guaranteed Rate to finance our mortgage. Other clients of hers had used his services and were pleased. Dave was quick to respond for pre-approval. Before committing to Guaranteed Rate for our purchase loan we contacted a few other agencies and found the interest rates at Guaranteed were the lowest. Throughout the entire process, David was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. His responses were nearly immediate and quite thorough and reassuring. He did his best to answer all questions personally and to find out the answer from someone else involved in the process as quickly as possible. And his careful explanations of every piece of paperwork at closing were especially appreciated.
