Working with David Frankel of Guaranteed Rate was the easiest part of my home buying process. David was always available to answer my questions and did a great job explaining the entire process. From the pre-approval process to the settlement table, David was both personable and helpful and made it possible to close in less than 30 days! As a first time home buyer, David and his team were extremely trustworthy and knowledgable and I highly recommend working with them.

David is a knight in shinning armor. After getting hung out to dry by my first lender, David was recommended to me. Best decision I have ever made was using David! My loan went from unclosable to wrapped up in 2 weeks flat. David's local Philadelphia knowledge and hard work is the only reason I was able to close. Not only was he able to put my mind at ease but I learned a lot form him along the way as well. I never have to look for another lender again because I got David now.

I contacted David regarding a mortgage for a first-time homebuy with my fiancee'. David and his team were extremely professional, thorough, responsive, and courteous. David presented all of the necessary documents in an easy to access online collection website that allowed me to sign documents while on the go. David was also easy reached at home at odd hours to accommodate my shift work. I would recommend David to anyone looking to buy a home without the hassle often associated with the mortgage process.

I would highly recommend David Frankel to anyone in the Philadelphia / South Jersey area. My wife and I came to David as first-time homebuyers, with very little idea of what to expect.
