We recently bought a home in the Bella Vista neighborhood. David was extremely responsive and accessible throughout the whole process. Including bringing a pre-approval letter by hand to the listing agent when we viewed the house and having a meeting with the seller to assure him of our loan approval. In short, we likely wouldn't have gotten the house that we did without David's help navigating a tenuous deal and a very tight schedule. I offer a sincere recommendation.

I worked with David on buying my first home this spring. He was a pleasure to work with and was very generous with his time throughout the process. He found me a great rate with a substantial lender's credit which was a nice bonus given Philly's closing costs! He is always responsive and helpful with answering questions. I would definitely work with him again and would happily recommend him to others!

David was referred to us by our real estate agent and we initially decided to go with another broker. However, David followed up with us and was able to get us a much better rate and more assistance with closing costs than the other broker. Additionally, he was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the process of purchasing a home.

The home buying process is not easy, in our case it was particularly challenging given the compressed time frame we were operating under. David was very thorough in his explanations of the mortgage process and worked very hard to get us a great rate and some cash back at closing. I would strongly recommend David to anyone trying to buy a home in the greater Philadelphia area.

David assisted me in obtaining a mortgage for my Old City Condo. I was moving from another state, and David's assistance was priceless. I knew next to nothing about the mortgage process, and he walked me through every step of the way, making sure I knew exactly what to read/fill out/sign/etc and even got me a much lower mortgage rate than initially expected. David is great! Incredibly knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and I felt that he was really looking out for us every single step of the way to buying our mortgage.
