Working with David was great! He was very attentive and was always available to answer my questions. Being that this was my first home purchase, I was very nervous in the beginning, but working with David reassured me that I was in good hands. David is extremely knowledgeable and approachable throughout the entire loan process. While we were looking for the right lender, David disclosed information that other lenders failed to do. He established trust from the beginning and maintained it through closing. We felt that was crucial as first time home buyers. Our realtor had recommended we contact Dave at Guaranteed Rate to finance our mortgage. Other clients of hers had used his services and were pleased. Dave was quick to respond for pre-approval. Before committing to Guaranteed Rate for our purchase loan we contacted a few other agencies and found the interest rates at Guaranteed were the lowest. Throughout the entire process, David was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. His responses were nearly immediate and quite thorough and reassuring.
