I had an excellent experience with David Frankl, and his staff Angela Vitale and Tiffany Hulme at Guaranteed Rate in Philadelphia. David was respectful, friendly and straightforward, a good mix of traits in someone who talks with people about their real estate hopes and finances. David was a pleasure to work with. We had a high DTI and a lot of complicated finances and he wd able to close our loan within 30 days despite our issues. I will certainly continue to work with David. It's hard to find a lender with such responsiveness.

David Frankel is by far the best Loan Officer you can work with regarding your home purchase. We worked with him on a purchase from the city to the suburbs and couldn't have been happier. He was quick to answer any and all questions we had and made himself available to give us consistent peace of mind. Working with David was great! He was very attentive and was always available to answer my questions. Being that this was my first home purchase, I was very nervous in the beginning, but working with David reassured me that I was in good hands. This was my first time buying a house, I process I found daunting and more than a little confusing. David is extremely knowledgeable and approachable throughout the entire loan process. While we were looking for the right lender, David disclosed information that other lenders failed to do. He established trust from the beginning and maintained it through closing. We felt that was crucial as first time home buyers.
