Where do I even start? David Goldberg at Guaranteed Rate Affinity handled our fixed-rate mortgage and blew us away at every turn. 📞 Responds to emails and calls FAST — like same-day fast 🚗 We were 2½ hours late to our 3pm closing due to travel delays (arrived after 5:30pm!) — they WAITED for us and closed without a single issue 📋 3 MONTHS after closing, I found out my old-state home insurance was still billing me and didn't even cover MO.
