His quick work obtaining the lender commitment also meant I was able to give notice to my landlord and save a month's rent - very handy for covering moving expenses. Closing went smoothly. Down to earth and very proficient. Made the whole process very clear and easy. I would definitely work with the gentlemen again. I’ve gone through the home buying process before, the last guy was not as easy to work with compared to David. I didn’t have to spend countless hours on the phone daily to get things taken care of, everything was quick and easy.
David was extremely helpful in assisting to arrange the financing for our our home. Given the complicated nature of dealing with us living overseas, he was always very quick to respond and answe any questions and help us through each step of the financing. We couldn’t have done it without him.
