After finding out about some difficult circumstances about the building in which I was purchasing a condo, David was the only one I found who was able to secure the financing needed for my purchase. He came into the fold a bit late but still was able to meet the original closing date that was agreed to. If you are purchasing a condo, David will be able to get you into that property of your dreams.

I worked with David to purchase my first home. I had a difficult situation and David spent a lot of time explaining each loan available to me. My loan had fallen apart with another bank and I was convinced I wouldn't be able to move into my new house. David came to the rescue and worked with me each step of the way.
