I met with several different lenders and ultimately decided to go through David Goldberg for a number of reasons. Mr. Goldberg was very prompt in returning phone calls, emails, text messages, etc. I was able to touch base with him after business hours which was very convenient as my typical work day is 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. David did an excellent job dealing with my financing and sticking with us throughout the entire process despite a long drawn out closing and unforeseen issues. I often found myself referring to him for information and advice more so than my realtor. After finding out about some difficult circumstances about the building in which I was purchasing a condo, David was the only one I found who was able to secure the financing needed for my purchase. He came into the fold a bit late but still was able to meet the original closing date that was agreed to. If you are purchasing a condo, David will be able to get you into that property of your dreams.

I worked with David to purchase my first home. I had a difficult situation and David spent a lot of time explaining each loan available to me. My loan had fallen apart with another bank and I was convinced I wouldn't be able to move into my new house. David came to the rescue and worked with me each step of the way.
