David was fantastic. Very easy to work with. First time home buyers so we had a lot of questions. He was able to dumb down our questions without making us feel dumb. Loan was done quickly. We had a short time frame and it was not a problem. We could not of asked for anyone better.
David was great to work with. He guided us through the entire process from beginning to end. His knowledge of condominium purchases was especially helpful.
David was patient, an advocate to insuring I was approved, and a nice guy to boot . As a IT contractor, I was finding it difficult to find a lender that would finance me . David was that guy. closed in 2015.

I was in need of a consolidation loan to combine my credit card and mortgage payments to reach an amount that would not take me paycheck to paycheck, and I would be free of debt when considering retirement. David was there for us every step till closing and beyond. He got us great rate and always answered his phone.David was very honest and upfront about all costs. Also his estimates were incredibly accurate.
David was great in helping us with our home purchase. He was able to offer us the same terms as our lowest offer acquired through lending tree, however, he is local. We really liked the idea of using a local person in the St. Louis area and in hindsight this was a good decision. He was exceedingly responsive to all of our questions at any time, including weekends and evenings! David was so wonderful during the mortgage process. He always answered promptly and thoroughly. There was never a time we didn't know what was the next steps or what documents were outstanding. We were so lucky to work with him!
As first time home buyers, David was very informative and helpful in answering our myriad questions regarding mortgages and the loan process.He was super responsive and would answer emails very quickly.I would for sure recommend David, and if we need to buy another house in our area, we will for sure use David again.
David was GREAT to work with! He made the whole loan process from pre-approval to close as painless as possible. He goes out of the way to be helpful and reassuring that the process is on track and you remain informed of the progress throughout. I would never buy another house without having David handling the loan process.
