As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous about the entire process. My original funding fell through (not due to my financial situation, but due to the company reconfiguring) and David got me approved with Wintrust the very same day I called! Every step of the way, David was there to help me. His assistant Alex is awesome too! I would highly recommend David to handle any of your home loan needs.
David, was very professional and patient throughout the entire process. He seemed like a friend who had your best interest in mind. Not to mention, he was easily reached via text, phone, or email anytime we needed him.

We worked with David on a rather complicated loan structure for the purchase of a new home. We couldn't be more pleased with his service. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and patiently walked through the entire structure and process with us every step of the way. We were more than half way into the loan process with another lender when they started asking for ridiculous stuff which we felt was to throw road blocks up so that they could deny the loan. I spoke with David who assured me that all that I had done for my lender should have been adequate.
