When I buy another home, if he is still in the business I will utilize his skills. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and he was very helpful. He assisted us when we were in a time of needed experience. He met with us when he was busy with other customers. He dealt with our fresh new children when others probably would have let on that they were stressed. We thank him. In addition, my wife enjoyed his very deep voice.

David was awesome. This was our first home and we didn't know the rules or what to look for. David was able to explain things without using jargon we didn't understand. He updated us even when our directions were to "just keep waiting." When we outgrow this house, we'll be calling him for the next one.

We were trying to purchase our first home, so everything was very new to us. We had gotten preapproved through another lender, but then they couldn't finance us once they actually started requesting our information. We tried a couple other lenders, who all came back with the same response. We had a higher debt-income ratio because of student loans, so other lenders wouldn't work with us. David could not have made this process any easier--he explained everything in terms I could understand, and he always took time to make sure all my questions were answered. I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process and really felt that I was in good hands. Starting out, I was very new to the house buying market and did not fully understand the mortgage aspect. I had more than a handful of questions that I needed answers to.
