I worked with David to purchase my first home. I had a difficult situation and David spent a lot of time explaining each loan available to me. My loan had fallen apart with another bank and I was convinced I wouldn't be able to move into my new house. David came to the rescue and worked with me each step of the way. The Best. I am 55 years old. Have refinanced a number of times before. David got Me the Best interest rates. The loan was generated at a very low cost. I could not be happier with the work David did for Me.1) Short-end my loan,2) less-end My payments.I think of David every time I pay my mortage and I am thankful I made the call. It took 2 months to get my loan finalized. There was 0 communication with me directly, and very little with my realtor until I got frustrated with the experience, to which I got one phone call of empty promises. I was told multiple times over the course of 3 weeks that we will certainly be closing in the next couple days, until it inevitably got pushed back again. Worst home buying experience of any one I know. I felt like I was getting the runaround because I wasn't making them enough money and it wasn't worth the time.
