David and his team are the mortgage team you want on your side. They are transparent, flexible and able to package large jumbo loans that may be restrictive or not possible with other banks.The process was smooth and they were able to accommodate an expedited 30 day close with no problem or delays even with it falling in between the holidays.Rates were as expected and everything they promised they delivered. We highly recommend David and his stellar team.

I found david goldberg through a search and chose him based on reviews. he did an outstanding job and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. I had a lot of questions. Dealing with him and cbc bank could not have been smoother. we closed on time with no issue and received money back. The house we chose , I was worried it wouldnt be approved by the VA but there was no issue at all. I asked alot of questions since this was my first home, he answered every one and never even swore at me. David is very good at his job... read more

From beginning to end David was a pleasure to work with. His professionalism was exceptional. Whenever I had a question his response was thorough, rapid and sensitive.
