I highly recommend working with David and First Federal Bank. We had a situation where we wanted to keep our home in California and turn it into a rental, then buy a home with a jumbo loan in Park City. Other lenders that we spoke to were going to charge us a high interest rate, but David was able to get us a great rate and he was very easy to work with.
