We had a challenging loan to fund (traditional mortgage plus a HELOC) given the COVID conditions at the time, and they got it done quickly and efficiently given the circumstances. I would say David was excellent doing his job for processing our loan, he goes step by step and sending me task through my email add. that needs to be done and it went very well , he even closed the deal or our loan on time.

Being self employed with rental properties proved to be extremely difficult for the first lender we chose proper to going with David. After 3 months and still no closing we started over with David. He closed us inside 30 days and saved the deal! Not only are me and my wife excited, but the sellers of the house we are moving into are just as happy because they dont have to take their house back to market! Thanks so much David!
