David walk us through the entire loan process, explaining each step and mile stone. Every question asked was answered promptly and accurately. I really enjoyed watching the email video he prepared for us during the loan, it really made us feel special. The entire process went quite fast with no hick ups. David is a super nice guy, who is kind and considered. I would defiantly go back to him for a loan and highly recommend him to others.

The best and only person to go to for financial advice and guidance! I have used his services for almost 8 years and he has always guided me to the right direction in saving lots of money and even giving me money back!!! Who does that?! I love how he keeps in touch with me and the housing market and let's me know when it's the best time to borrow for property purchases or when to re-fi because rates are low! David is the mortgage broker you have been looking for no matter your needs and especially if you are self employed or small business business owner. David doesn't look at your loan in terms of 'what is in it for him', David looks at it for 'What's Best For My Client!'. Attentive. Available. Helpful and great communication skills. You'd be lucky and relieved to work with a guy like David. Highly recommend.

Doing a jumbo loan for the first time... was nerve wracking to say the least... but David held our hand... and told us what was about to happen... and it did! Timing from start to finish was precisely what he said it would be. Once of the easiest refinances we have ever had to do.

David Goldberg made the purchasing of a house very pleasant. I was expecting the normal nightmare from getting a home mortgage. Not at all with David. It was easy to submit the needed documents and all the documents requested were expected. They did not ask for anything unusual. They also requested the documents early in the process instead of days before close. I highly recommend David. It was a great experience. We closed with no issues and on time. I was even given the opportunity to close early!!!!

My wife and I were looking to buy our first home in early 2021. David exemplified customer service and support throughout the whole process. Everything he said would happen did happen as stated.
