When my wife and I started the home buying process, my wife and I had a lower than ideal credit score. David and his team not only helped us figured out how to let us only put 5% down--allowing us to afford our dream house. When rates went down they reached back out an helped us refi. I highly recommend working with David and First Federal Bank. We had a situation where we wanted to keep our home in California and turn it into a rental, then buy a home with a jumbo loan in Park City. Other lenders that we spoke to were going to charge us a high interest rate, but David was able to get us a great rate and he was very easy to work with.
