David was great to work with at CBC National Bank! he was able to answer all of my questions and was available every time I needed him, whether by phone, email or text. He was able to keep me informed throughout the whole process and worked well with my realtor. I'm looking forward to working with again in the future!

Once again, David and his team delivered exactly as expected and ahead of schedule! This was the fourth loan we've done with David and his team and I would not consider working with another. This time, the loan was a jumbo in a highly competitive market where timing was crucial to get a contract accepted and closed.

David was extremely diligent to help us close the transaction in a very short period of time. We had only three weeks from start to finish to get the approval of the loan. He was involved in all the steps of the transaction to ensure the timeline was met. I was very pleased with David throughout the process.

We couldn't be more pleased and grateful with David Goldberg, First Federal Bank and his team. He was always reachable, extremely knowledgeable and was able to guide us all the way until our goal was targeted, which was refinancing our home. Our credit score was not the best - Experian 695 - and we were able to reduce our mortgage from 3.75 to a 3.1 mortgage interest. Working with David was great. He was available by email almost any time and very quick to respond to questions. There was a mix up with the paper-work where a middle name was misspelled, which caused hours of extra work and headache, but as I understand it, it was the fault of the title company doing the closing, not any fault of David or CBC National Bank.Overall and wonderful experience and I would recommend - thanks David!
