David is a true professional. He was very attentive and very helpful. As a former mortgage professional I had very high expectations due to being familiar with the industry. It was not my first time buying a house, but it was my wife's and she had a lot of questions. We, David, my wife, an I worked a lot via email and texting. (2019 update): I did a refinancing with David again as well as opened a new HELOC. With the good experiences in 2017, this time I didn't even bother to look around and shop. David is again consistently awesome and responsive. The process is extremely smooth. He got me the best rate during the last couple of months.Bought a house in NJ. This is the 3rd place I bought. Working with David on purchasing our first home was great! We had a lot of hesitations and even more questions. David was always prompt with answering our questions. There were times that we would reach out thinking he won't get to it til the next day, and were pleasantly surprised to get a response back immediately! We would definitely work with him again.
