We had a VA refinance that had a few complexities due to my husbands disability ratings. David walked us through each step, kept in constant contact, and never made us feel silly for the numerous questions we had. Mostly, he took away the anxiety of having to work through a lot of VA red-tape that isn't applicable to just any VA loan. We were even able to close the loan in our own home.
