Great lender to work with! Made the process a breeze and offered customized videos to help along the loan approval stages. Don't forget to make sure you look into what mortgage rate is applied during pre-approval, compared to the approval stages.

I just recently refinanced my condo , David made the process easy for me I'm a busy person I work late hours ...so he worked around my schedule even the signing of the documents was done at my convinience. Ultimately the best part is the savings .im saving a lil over $500 monthly with this new loan and that's HUGE especially if you live in California! Thanks David

David made himself available anytime I had questions. He was always prompt with answers to questions and made the process go smoothly. I had some issues that arose from a identity theft years ago. David Worked with me quickly and to the get the required extra documentation needed from the IRS and Credit Bureaus.
