We first contacted him about 2 to 3 months before the purchase as it was a marginal FICO score for myself and I had the VA entitlement that would be the make or break on us purchasing a home. He was able to give us the information needed to meet the qualifications and to obtain a great interest rate a couple of months later when we closed on our home. He responds quickly to e-mails, which is certainly the easiest way to communicate when going through the loan process.
