We live in Texas and had a jumbo refinance we were looking to complete. Because of various situations (taxes, employer expenses, being newly married, etc.), I knew the refinance was going to be slightly more complicated. And it was. What was supposed to be a 45(ish) day process took over 90 days to complete (mostly due to underwriting being very, very complicated). David was there every step of the way.
