David is a pro. There are no obstacles that he backs off from and he is there to help you all day. Whenever there was a problem, he would notify me immediately and I can reassure you that he won't rush you if he needs something.

Best refinance of my life. And I've owned 12 homes and refinanced probably 25 times. responsiveness was nearly immediate. Rates were the best. Advice was spot on. Helped me save thousands. And was the most respectful and professional lender/broker/banker I've ever interacted with.

Mr David Goldberg is a very professional. He was very easy to contact , And always returned my call. I had just lost my husband and had to refinance my home to be able to keep it . I told him the amount of payment that I could afford, He was able to finance the home and did allot of work to make sure that I was comfortable with my payment.We had to use my disability income along with both of my son;s disability incomes to get my approval.He kept on top of the percentage rate And was able to lock me in at a great rate.
