Walked in and showed an employee a picture of a dress that the website showed in stock in multiple sizes. Was told that clearance items are in the far left rear of store, sorted by size, and then they walked away. That’s it. No helping to look, no offers to order online, I felt shunned so I left. Thought about it and just ordered it online. I don’t recommend this store due to the interaction above.

Jessica and Michael were amazing. However, the price quoted for alterations was not what I was budgeting for so we declined and asked for the dress. Felicia (I apologize if I spelled incorrectly) came in to wrap up everything and we let her know our decision. I think it is safe to say she was not happy with my decision because she was told to just bag up the dress as is but she stopped to take out pins and put heat to remove the alteration mark. Terrible experience!! Spending over a grand on a dress that breaks on the wedding day is every girl’s nightmare. When I first came to David’s bridal, I tried on a beautiful dress. Size four. I was thrilled. Fit perfect, looks amazing. It was a size 4. The staff suggested to go up to a size 6. Because people have tried on the dress and may have been stretched out. So I bought a size 6. I needed to take some time to gather my thoughts for this review. So here we go. My mother and I walked into this Davids Bridal to just look at dresses. I really didn't have an idea on what wedding dress I wanted so we were just trying to get any sort of idea. The lady at the front did inform me that I needed to have an appointment to try on dresses.
