My stylist Veronica was AMAZING !!! 5stars When I walked in I asked the lady at the check in desk for a chair she said they only give them as needed. Cool. You would think being 4 months pregnant is Needed. But whatever. I walk around for 15 min until my appointment time exhausted feeling light headed at this point. I go in the fitting room and try on the first dress which was just "OK . But since it was so big and lots of layers I just went with it. Worst experience ever!!! If you’re a bride you deserve to be treated like one. Invest the time and money and go to a boutique bridal shop and be served and treated the way you should be as a bride. The majority of the staff and corporate staff could care less about the way you’re treated or your experience and have no concern for adequate customer service. My sister in law was promised one thing by David’s and when it was not fulfilled corporate said they should not have promised to do that and there’s nothing they could do ... read more
