Awful experience! I'm on my 4th, AND FINAL, unnecessary visit to this horrible store! The first visit the stylist gave me incorrect information about the alterations that I could have done . . . so on my first fitting (2nd visit) I had to awkwardly/half naked explain to the 2 seamstress and the alterations manager what the stylist told me. I told the sales lady that I was not going to purchase today .....I needed my daughter to come see the mother of the bride dress....she asked me what I want... set me up with some dresses....I was alone, had no other people with me and I never saw her again....had other customers zip me up and take pictures for me and then got dressed, went and picked out a few more dresses...did the same thing.....never saw her again...so I like that they did not bother me or were pushy....but she could of checked in on me.....I walked out ... read more

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced. I was a bridesmaid at an event on October 1 2016. I dropped the dress off 7/26/2016 and they told me that I can pick it up 9/16/2016 at 530pm. I called earlier in the day around lunchtime and asked if I can com earlier and the woman answering the phone asked if she can call me back in 10 minutes. Needless to say that never happened. We went to the David's bridal in NY. The sales woman there was causuois at best to let us look around for ourselves. We were only to try on the ones she pulled. We never had any experience with it so we trusted her. Still,there was something a bit off about her. We thought since we're were near Totowa NJ we could stop in there. Didn't have an appointment. Terrible customer service at the David's Bridal in Totowa. I bought my wedding gown at the one in York PA who were very sweet & helpful. Most of my bridal party got their dresses at the Totowa location. They were giving my girls the wrong information, they lost my daughters dress, not once but twice. They gave me an appt for my daughters dress fitting but didn't mark it in their schedule, so when I showed up we actually had to do the fitting ourselves to avoid rescheduling the appt. Thankfully I was able to find my dress but with the help of my mom and sister.. My supposed consultant kept disappearing who knows where and when she would come back it was with a bad attitude almost like I was being an inconvenience. I had to request for a new one which thankfully she was so much better than the first. Then I had to go for alterations which was another ordeal. The first lady came and was super nasty. We forgot one item and she got super loud yelling about how we were forgetful and can't get our alterations ... read more
