First and foremost I would like to start this review by saying my issue was not with my consultant my issue was with the rest of the staff. My consultant was Georgina and I absolutely loved her. She made me feel very welcomed and was so patient with my family and myself. I could not have asked for anyone better she was fast and efficient as well as pleasant and welcoming. Worst customer service ever. Don't take accountability for their actions, didn't order one of my bridesmaids dresses and didn't realize until 2 weeks until my wedding. My poor girl ended up wearing something completely different.
So unhappy with David's bridal. I got my dresses which I loved but won't be going back for anything else. Rude people working there... Wtf can't my mom look at dresses for me and I made two apt and you guys messed it up then I felt rushed. Lost my business and I'll never tell anyone to go there. 90% of the workers there today NEED a attitude adjustment ASAP.
Went there tonight with my sister-in-law and fiancé and had the worst experience ever. We had Stephanie and another girl with a short boyish hair cut. From the moment we walked in you could feel all their eyes were on us like if they were thinking to themselves these people can't afford anything in this store. No one greeted us when we walk about 20 mins of searching for dresses. One of the ladies comes over and rudely tells us we must sign in. Horrible experience with David bridal. They mess up my order now I 'm paying for the mistake they made. I need help me Howard or something.
Awful customer service and unfair policy!!! Telling me I will owe $50 to EXCHANGE the same dress for a different size just because it was on sale when I bought it and is now full price. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
