If you want the Ross version experience for trying on wedding dresses, this is EXACTLY where you want to go. I chose David’s Bridal as my first ever wedding dress appointment. I know things are not like the movies (especially if you have a lower budget) but from the get go, it was quite a morose experience in terms of the staff. One would think it was a display shop for caskets. No cheery greeting. Racist and biased staff. I walked around the store for 30 minutes and could not get any help. Another person walks through the door and is atomically greeted. Treat all customers equally. BAD BUSINESS

Very disappointed with David's Bridal!! My boyfriend and I walked in there and walked right back out....no one helped us whatsoever! I will NEVER go to this store ever again!!! They must not need the business!

After having several bad experiences with this store I decided to try again when looking for a Christmas dress. The girls at the front counter were welcoming and nice and said if I needed any help to ask, and that the fitting rooms are in the back. I found a couple dresses to try on out of the small selection of short dresses, so I went to the fitting room (mind you it was literally me, my husband and one other girl in the store shopping) I tried on the first dress and came out to show my husband. I do not recommend this store for anyone. The manager will not resolve any issues and cares just as little as the seamstress dept. I had a dress dropped off and paid rush order even though they had 30 days. They completely disregarded part of the alterations and did not do them. no explanation and flat out did not care. No resolution given. No one to give an answer. No time to fix. Just a do not care at all attitude. Will never go back. I want to thank David's Bridal for successfully ruining my experience in the search for my wedding dress; as well as destroying my dreams at my “dressing fitting” appointment.
